Jeff MasonAs Chief Executive Officer, Jeff is committed to solidifying BayCare Clinic's position as one of the leading healthcare providers in the state.  Jeff has led the organization since its inception in 1998.  Since that time he has overseen rapid growth, including a twofold increase in physician resources, construction of the Aurora BayCare Medical Center, and the addition of multiple clinic specialties.  Jeff previously served as COO for BayCare Ambulatory Services and administrator for BayCare Surgery Center, among other local leadership positions.  He holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Toledo and a master's degree in business administration from Cardinal Stritch University.

Paul Summerside

Dr. Paul Summerside was instrumental to BayCare Clinic's inception. As Chief Medical Officer he is responsible for all physician relations, recruiting, quality assurance, physician contracting, managed care contracting, narrow network contracting as well as wellness/fitness. Paul also serves as Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing HIPAA compliance and risk management.  In addition to serving as our CMO, Dr. Summerside also serves as an emergency physician at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.

Chris AugustianAs our CFO, Chris is responsible for all fiscal, financial, and purchasing services for BayCare Clinic. He serves as a member of the Physician Compensation Committee, the Information Services Committee, and the Government Relations Committee.  He joined Bay Care Clinic in 2004, coming to us from the Marshfield Clinic.

Ann SeidlDirector of Marketing and Public Relations, Ann is building regional awareness of BayCare Clinic's stellar medical reputation and advanced capabilities.  She provides strategic planning and brand management for advertising, promotions, public and government relations, and overall communications.  Ann joined BayCare Clinic in 2005 after selling SueAnn's Bagel's, a seven-location bagel/coffee business that she'd co-founded 17 years prior.

 Lesley BittersLesley is responsible for the clinical efficacy of all BayCare Clinic services.  She continually evaluates clinic operations to promote high quality patient care and service.  She is also responsible for payor contract maintenance and the development of new service lines.  She joined BayCare Clinic in 1999.  She is a graduate of Bellin College of Nursing and holds a business administration degree from Cardinal Stritch University.  Her career has included service to the neonatal and adult ICU as well as operating room experience in cardiac, vascular and neurosurgery.

Tammy KruegerAs Director of Legal Affairs, Tammy is responsible for managing legal processes within the organization.  This includes reviewing and updating regulations and policies as they relate to healthcare administration.  Her objective is to further the organization's strategic goals while protecting its legal, ethical and financial integrity.

Tony ViolettaTony joined BayCare Clinic in 2007 having previously worked in HR for a large utility contractor.  Tony's responsibilities to the clinic are to provide strategic and operational support for all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, staff development, and compliance.
