BayCare Clinic physicians and services
are in-network providers with United Healthcare, Humana, Anthem
Blue Cross Blue Shield, WEA, the HealthEOS/WPPN Network, and many
other insurance plans and networks.
BayCare Clinic is proud to provide
medical care to those who have served in our military. We are one
of the few regional providers who see patients with TRICARE
insurance.
We recognize that understanding
insurance is not easy. This guide provides you with insurance
terminology as well as BayCare Clinic/BayCare Health Systems
billing policies.
When your appointment is due to an injury, completing the
injury
questionnaire assists us in determining the
responsible carrier, which in turn identifies where the claims are
to be submitted.
