BayCare Clinic Provides Advanced Care

 

Our quality goal at BayCare Clinic is to optimize each patient’s experience by reaching a balance of clinical (technical) and patient expectations (outcomes). “Expect the Best”  is our motto, which guides our service delivery. BayCare Clinic strives to ensure that each patient will experience individualized care planning, with high quality providers, based on "best practice" evidence. This effort means that each patient will be provided with the information they need to select the healthcare treatment they think will be best for them.

Every physician in BayCare Clinic is Board Certified, or is an active candidate for certification. BayCare Clinic utilizes extensive screening and approval processes that each physician must meet prior to becoming part of the system. There are on-going quality reviews that measure physicians' compliance with advanced practice standards.  Additionally, patient satisfaction surveys are utilized to obtain input on how to improve quality of care provided.   

Through our collaboration with Aurora BayCare Medical Center (ABMC) we strive to provide both outpatient and inpatient care in a holistic dimension (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social).  We recognize that health status affects more than the body.  We network with a variety of services throughout the community in order to achieve the holistic approach.
