BayCare Clinic uses Press Ganey to collect and measure patient satisfaction.

Founded in 1985 and headquartered in South Bend, Indiana, Press Ganey Associates is the health care industry’s leading independent vendor of satisfaction measurement and improvement services. Press Ganey currently partners with over 6,000 health care facilities and assists them in collecting and using patient evaluations in their quality improvement initiatives.

Among U.S. inpatient hospitals, roughly one-third currently contract with Press Ganey to measure patient satisfaction. This percentage increases to 39% among hospitals over 100 beds. To put this in perspective, more hospitals have selected Press Ganey than have selected all other vendors combined. In fact, 1 out of every 11 households returned a Press Ganey questionnaire in 2004.

Press Ganey compiles our patient's feedback and assembles reports, by department, which compares our physician's patient satisfaction scores to the scores of physicians both in Wisconsin and nationwide.
