About Chad Zehms, MD

Dr. Chad Zehms is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a passion for helping athletes and active individuals return to the activities they love. A native of Green Bay, Dr. Zehms is excited to be back in the community he calls home. 

He began his medical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, followed by service in the U.S. Navy, where he completed his orthopedic residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. Dr. Zehms then pursued advanced fellowship training in sports medicine at the prestigious Steadman Philippon Clinic, known for its cutting-edge care of elite athletes. 

With a background as an athlete himself, Dr. Zehms brings a unique understanding of the physical and emotional journey of recovery. His high-energy presence and compassionate approach create a positive environment where patients feel supported and motivated. 

Whether treating a sports injury or guiding a patient through joint care, Dr. Zehms is committed to delivering expert care with a personal touch.
