Kelly Flack, FNP, is a certified nurse practitioner with Aurora BayCare General & Vascular Surgery in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Drawn to General & Vascular Surgery by the opportunity to care for patient across a wide range of conditions and circumstances, Kelly is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Throughout her career, she has learned that some of the most important moments in healthcare occur when patients are facing uncertainty and the unexpected. By staying calm, communicating clearly and offering trusted support, she helps patients feel informed and confident in their care. She takes the time to listen, explain diagnoses and treatment options in an easy-to-understand way, and encourages questions every step of the journey.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her daughters and significant other, traveling, staying active, and enjoying life.
