Marissa has lived in Manitowoc County her entire life, where she was born and raised. She is married and a proud mother to her son, and their family includes two dogs.

In her free time, Marissa enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family. She earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from UW-Oshkosh and went on to complete her master's degree at Chamberlain University, further advancing her education and expertise in the field.
